Back in the days of gigs aplenty, I played 6 nights a week for 4 years on keyboard, saxophone, and flute. I moved from Orange County CA to Denton, Texas to attend the world-renowned University of North Texas, major in jazz studies, and get a much-needed butt-kicking. As a student and later Professor of Music, I continued to play gigs wherever needed – about half my gigs are on keys and half on saxophones and doubles. I’ve been fortunate to have played gigs or shared the concert stage with the artists listed below:
